• All dogs must have been innoculated against Distemper and Hardpad plus Parvo-Virus within the last 12 months (Certificate to be produced).
  
  
• Innoculation against Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough) is also required.
  
  
• Your vet will be happy to discuss the relevant timings of such innoculations.
  
  
• When a dog is stressed then the immune system can drop which can allow dormant disease/symptoms to occur. For this reason we advise against boarding young dogs under six months of age.
  
  
• Animals must arrive or depart during business hours
  (Monday to Saturday, 10.00am - 1.00pm in the mornings and 6.00pm - 7.00pm in the evenings).
  
  
• The kennels are closed to the public for collection and delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  
  
• Boarding fees are payable at the time animals are collected or monthly in advance for long-term boarders.
  
  
• If your dog requires veterinary treatment, the bill will be your responsibility. Where possible, we will attend your own veterinary clinic but a suitable alternative is available if necessary.
